How does escrow protect my money?
When you pay, your money goes into the FlipIt vault — a regulated escrow account. The seller is notified, but they cannot withdraw until you confirm delivery. If anything goes wrong, you can open a dispute and our team will refund you within 24 hours.
What payment methods are supported?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, popular regional wallets, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), Bitcoin, and Bank transfer (in 40+ countries). We add new methods every month.
How long do I have to confirm an order?
It depends on the category: Codes & gift cards: 24 hours · Subscriptions & creative software: 72 hours · Social accounts & gaming inventories: up to 14 days. After the window expires without disputes, the order auto-confirms.
What if the asset is invalid or revoked later?
For codes and subscriptions, our refund-on-revoke policy issues an automatic refund or replacement if the asset stops working within the protection window. For accounts that are recovered by the original platform owner, we cover up to 100% based on the category-specific protection plan.
Are the items on FlipIt legal?
FlipIt only allows digital assets that the seller legitimately owns or has the right to transfer. We block stolen items, hacked accounts, fraudulently obtained codes, malware, adult content, gambling-related products, mass-mailing tools, and anything else listed in our prohibited categories. Selling
How much does it cost to sell?
Listing is free. We charge 5–8% commission only when an order is successfully delivered. Optional add-ons like featured listings ($3/24h) and newsletter spotlight ($50/send) are available.

How fast do I get paid?
After the buyer confirms the order, funds enter the Insurance Period (varies by category — clearly displayed at listing & checkout). Once the Insurance Period ends, the funds move from your Floating Balance to your Available Balance and you can withdraw to bank, Wise, or crypto. Withdrawal processing takes 1–24 hours depending on the payment method.
What if a buyer charges back?
FlipIt absorbs payment-network chargebacks for all compliant orders. As long as you delivered through our system and have the audit trail, you keep your earnings.
How do I bulk-upload codes?
In your seller dashboard go to Listings → New → Bulk upload. Drop in a CSV with columns: code, denomination, region, expiry. Our system validates each code against the issuer API and de-duplicates.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. Every active seller passes ID + selfie verification before listing. The check takes 90 seconds and is approved in under 3 hours.
Trust & disputes
How do I open a dispute?
Submit a ticket from your Profile → Contact Support, choose "Issue with an order", and attach all relevant evidence (screen recordings of the credential handover and login attempt are strongly recommended). The escrow stays frozen and our Dispute Resolution Team typically resolves cases within 7–8 business days.
What proof should I keep?
Screenshots of activation, recordings of credential transfer, FlipIt chat logs (auto-saved), and any screenshots showing what was vs. what should have been delivered.
What happens to scammers?
Permanent ban + asset forfeiture. Confirmed fraud is reported to law enforcement in jurisdictions where this is appropriate. We have a published evidence policy that all moderators follow.
Account & wallet
What currencies do you support?
28 fiat currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, AUD, CAD, AED, INR, IDR, BRL, MXN, NGN, etc.) and 4 crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC-20, USDT ERC-20). Auto-conversion happens at the time of payout.
How do I change my email or 2FA?
Go to Settings → Security. Email changes require 2FA + 7-day cooldown. We use TOTP (Google Authenticator, Authy) and security keys.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. From Settings → Privacy → Delete account. You must first withdraw your wallet balance and complete any open orders. Your data is purged within 30 days.
